Finite Meets Infinite — The Peace of Abiding

Finite individuals cannot fathom an infinite God — yet He invites us to abide, not strive.

We are limited in strength, understanding, and time. God is limitless in wisdom, mercy, and power.

Abiding is peaceful participation in God’s ongoing work — the shift from pressure to peace, from pace to purpose.

The FEAR Walk

Who Jesus Is

Jesus is the visible expression of the invisible God — the Word made flesh, the Lamb who takes away the sin of the world.

He is the Son of God, the Savior, and the center of our faith.

To know Him is to know peace, purpose, and power beyond human measure.

A Young Man in Recovery — A Journey of Healing and Hope

Between Bible class and worship, I met a young man in recovery from the WFR Celebrate Recovery community.

 He had heard the Finite Meets Infinite comment I made in Bible class .   He said it spoke directly to his spirit. 

When I asked if he had any prayer requests, he responded with sincerity and humility:“I need all I can get tomorrow. I know that God is in control.”

His words reflect the heart of the Jesus Is Movement — finite individuals meeting the infinite God who restores, renews, and redeems. 

His journey is a testimony of grace in motion, proof that God’s power is at work in recovery, renewal, and community.
